BOYS & GIRLS CLUB NORTH VALLEY
Formed in 1995, Boys & Girls Club of the North Valley is a private non-profit organization that provides comprehensive development services, activities and programs for youth in the north state region. With locations in Chico, Hamilton City, Juvenile Hall, Oroville, Paradise & Magalia; they inspire and enable all young people to reach their full potential as responsible, productive and caring citizens.

BUTTE COUNTY OFFICE OF EDUCATION- EXPANDED LEARNING
The Butte County Office of Education Expanded Learning programs provide education, enrichment and recreational opportunities to improve student skills and success in various areas of their lives. They assist students in grades K-8 in achieving academic success through expanded learning opportunities in academics, health, safety, arts, recreation, entrepreneurial ventures, and technology. Along with after school programs, they provide fun and engaging theme-based summer camps.

CALIFORNIA WATERFOWL ASSOCIATION
California Waterfowl Association (CWA) restores wetland habitat, conserves waterfowl, conducts waterfowl research, educates on waterfowl and wetland conservation and supports outdoor heritage. Our programs include: Federal Junior Duck stamp classroom program, Walking with Wood Ducks field day, Marsh Madness, Youth Leadership, Scatastic field days. We also coordinate field trips to local wetlands, private property sites, farms and wildlife refuges.

CHICO AREA RECREATION & PARK DISTRICT
The Chico Area Recreation and Park District (CARD) provides quality recreational opportunities for individuals of all ages and abilities in the Chico community. From small children to mature adults, our programs cover different areas including adaptive, aquatics, athletics, dance and more. CARD also coordinates after school programs, field trips, and day or overnight trips and tours.

GATEWAY MOUNTAIN CENTER
Aligned with Common Core, Next Generations Science Standards (NGSS), STEM principles, CrossCutting Concepts and science/engineering practices, the Gateway Mountain Center offers therapeutic wellness programs, field trips, and summer camps for youth of all backgrounds. They serve over 1,000 students annually and customize their programs to meet students’ goals, needs and challenges. They assist youth with transforming their self-awareness through connections with nature, self, and community.

GIRLS ON THE RUN
Girls on the Run is a national physical activity-based positive youth program designed to enhance girls’ social, emotional and physical skills. Through running and dynamic, interactive lessons they encourage the development of self-respect and healthy lifestyles in preteen girls.

PARADISE RECREATION & PARK DISTRICT
The Paradise Recreation & Park District (PRPD) provides quality recreational programs for the town of Paradise. They offer a variety of programs for preschool students to adults in the areas of aquatics, athletics, martial arts, and outdoor education.

THRIVE, CAMP WILD HEART, CHICO
Camp Wild Heart is a fully self-directed summer day camp that provides students fun, hands on, academic opportunities. Campers are offered different STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math) project-based activities to choose from to expand their learning. Students can also spend the day in Bidwell Park exploring the creek and learning naturalist and wilderness skills.
